We are committed to further excelling in all of the ways we work as an agriculture and construction focused company. The implementation of the CNH Industrial Business System across all of our processes is a natural and necessary progression from the former ‘World Class’ program, carried out in the previous years in manufacturing, logistics and some other areas. Our new Business System builds upon this, with a customer-centric approach to strategic execution, driving continuous improvement to unlock truly transformative value creation. It will provide us the competitive edge to leapfrog our competitors by actioning our Focused Five.

The Toolsets shaped by the Kaizen and Lean work methodologies are the engines that drive the two core management streams with a focus on root cause problem solving.
- Kaizen is a philosophy of continuous improvement of working practices that underlies total quality management and just-in-time business techniques.
- Lean is a way of optimizing the people, resources, effort, and energy of a business toward creating value for the customer. It is based on two guiding tenets, continuous improvement and respect for people.
