The implementation of the CNH Industrial Business System across all of our processes is a natural and necessary progression from the former ‘World Class’ program, carried out in the previous years in manufacturing, logistics and some other areas. Our new Business System builds upon this, with a customer-centric approach to strategic execution, driving continuous improvement to unlock truly transformative value creation. It will provide us the competitive edge to leapfrog our competitors by actioning our Focused Five.
